Kansai University Student Exchange Program
One academic year program at Kansai University in Osaka
Kapiolani Community College is proud to offer students a unique opportunity to study Japanese language and culture at Kansai University, Osaka Prefecture. Kansai University offers its students the flexibility to experience academic education in a wide range of fields; priding itself in its Law, Engineering, and Commerce programs in particular. Initially founded as Kansai Law School in 1886, Kansai University is amongst the most prestigious institutions in all of Japan.

Freeman Scholarship Program - China

Intensive Chinese language and culture courses at Kapi'olani Community College for all UH Community College students followed by a semester study abroad in China.

Two-Semester Program Covers:
Tuition, Room, most meals at KapCC and in China, Round trip airfare from Honolulu, Stipend in China

Program Begins: Fall 2010 followed by Spring 2011 in China

International Study Opportunity for Students - Anywhere in the World

in Financial Assistance to Study Anywhere in the World!

The purpose of the Honda Scholarship for International Study is to promote international understanding through support for international travel and study. The scholarship provides financial support for University of Hawaii Community College students with a focused and well-developed proposal who wish to incorporate an international experience into their academic program.

Five Honda Scholarships varying from $3,000 - $5,000 per recipient are awarded annually. The scholarship supports students in any field of study who participate in University of Hawaii exchange programs or semester or academic year study abroad programs sponsored by other institutions.
