Be Heard: Share your thoughts about the future of Kauai's roads and transportation

Please Attend the Public Meeting for the
Statewide and Regional Federal-Aid Highways
2035 Transportation Plans
for the District of Kauai

Meeting Objective:
Share the draft Plans and get your feedback.

What are the Statewide and Regional Federal-Aid Highways 2035 Transportation Plans?
The Statewide Federal-Aid Highways 2035 Transportation Plan is Hawaii’s first statewide, long-range multimodal land transportation plan. It will guide land transportation policies and programs within the state.

In conjunction, the Regional Federal-Aid Highways 2035 Transportation Plan for the District of Kauai was developed. It is an update to the existing regional long-range land transportation plan using a future horizon year of 2035. This current update embraced the district’s unique values, identified its existing and future needs, and provided guidance in setting funding priorities.
