NTBG - KCC "Around the World of Plants" Fall Lectures at KCC - 9/10, 10/1, 11/5

Here is a snapshot of the three "Around the World of Plants" Fall 2013 lectures being organized by the National Tropical Botanical Garden - Kaua`i CC partnership. Hope to see you and your students there!

Joan Yoshioka from NTBG's Plant Extinction Prevent Program will conduct a talk on "Plants on the Brink of Extinction"
Tuesday, September 10 at 5:30 pm, in the Cafeteria

John Clark, NTBG research fellow will speak on "Decoding DNA"
Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 5:30 pm, in the Cafeteria

Natalia Tangalin, NTBG Field Botanist will present, "Have Tabis Will Travel"
(Tabi is Japanese footwear, similar to socks; rubber versions are used by fishermen)
Tuesday, November 5, 2013, at 5:30 pm, in the Cafeteria
