The Goals of CCLC are to:
- Identify and encourage individuals to welcome roles of leadership

- Support an atmosphere of leadership among faculty, staff, and administration
- Network with other professionals from our sister campuses
- Meet and learn from the various leaders within our UH System
- Develop leadership, organizational, communication, and team building skills
- Attend a higher education conference on the mainland (final conference to be determined, but perhaps League for Innovation)
Any staff member who is permanent full-time, who has demonstrated leadership potential, who is committed to diversity, public stewardship, working for the greater good, and who desires to pursue personal and professional development in community college leadership.
