Teaching All Students, Reaching All Learners is a professional development workshop that is a part of KCC's Achieving the Dream initiative.
As faculty and instructors we are constantly challenged by the diversity of the students on our campus. This workshop will provide tools for meeting the needs of students with a wide range of cultural backgrounds, learning styles, abilities, and experiences.

Friday October 9 - 1:30-2:30 in LRC 123
Learn how to increase student engagement with web 2.0 tools. In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to use the discussion tool in Laulima as well as the social networking site Ning.
Assessment: The new CARD
Mondays October 12 & 19 - 12:00-1:30 in LRC 124
This workshop will be an introduction to the new Course Assessment Reporting Data (CARD) form. Bring your assessment plans to work on the CARD form in this workshop.
Achieving the Dream - Focus Group Training
Friday October 16 - 1:00-4:00 in Fine Dining
This workshop, a part of our Achieving the Dream initiative, will train participants in how to use focus groups for evaluation purposes. Yukiko Watanabe of UH Manoa will conduct the workshop.
